About The Challenge

• Commences on 1st October 2023.
• Those taking part will receive their details and documents at least 1 week prior to this to ensure they have chance to prepare.
• You'll receive a document outlining the 30 day challenge, with all information included.
• You'll also be invited to join the private Facebook group in which those taking part can help one another.
• Within the Facebook group you'll find a number of niche-specific group chats where you can work through the challenge with those in a similar situation to you.
• I will be active within the group and chats daily (excluding Saturday) to answer your questions and give feedback.
• Every Sunday, we'll do an end of week review in which individuals can determine how to improve the following week.
